"You are what you eat" - these Wagyu Holstein cows eat 13 different herbs with the main herbs Anise, Cinnamon, Celery, Cloves, Ginger, Mint, Thyme, Rosemary, Lavender, Garlic, Capsicum, Rosemary, Bay Leaves. The fat is so fragrant and delicious it ranks amongst the best beefs we've ever come across.
-Wagyu Holstein Cross similar to beloved Australian line but the fat quality is better and the fat is FRAGRANT (you can taste the herbs)
-Good texture of Red Meat. Usually available in B3 to A4 Grading so it is Meaty without being overly fatty for those liking more meat.
-3 year age for more mature developed flavor, can taste herbs in the fat.
