For those chasing big, unapologetic flavor, these dry-aged Australian Prime Angus prime ribs are a rare offering—from our unique dry-aged fridges that have over a decade worth of flavor of dry-aged beefs in there.  

Available now: 14–21 day dry-aged 5 lb prime ribs. Roast whole for best results (pull at 125–128°F, rest to 133–135°F, then slice), or cut down into steaks for a deeper, beef-forward experience.

We’re also opening a limited pre-order for our 50-day dry-aged Australian prime rib—pushed further for those who want maximum intensity, nuttiness, and depth.
