We are proud to present our first-ever harvest of authentic Tajima Wagyu genetics, 100% Japanese Bloodlines and meticulously raised right here on our ranch. Our cattle are nurtured with an artisanal feeding regimen designed to enhance both robust beef flavor and exquisite marbling — striking the perfect balance between rich taste and premium quality fat. While traditional Japanese Wagyu is often regarded as mild and exceptionally fatty, we have thoughtfully crafted a distinctive approach to address these concerns and elevate the flavor profile to suit the discerning American palate. Our cattle enjoy unrestricted access to fresh pasture and natural sunlight, promoting optimal health and vitality.

Our Unique Feeding Program Includes:
