100% Wagyu Tallow | The Real Deal (Zero Crossbreeding)

Most "Wagyu" you see online is not 100% Wagyu - it is generally 50/50 Wagyu.  Why does this matter for our Tallow?

Why the genetics matter:

Standard beef tallow is waxy and hard, melting at around 131°F. Because our cattle are 100% Wagyu, this tallow starts melting below 100°F. You can feel the difference just by touching it—it’s silky, not greasy.  At 75°F degrees the fat is clean, and as you can see, already melting.

Note on Texture: Because of the high monounsaturated fat content, this will be much softer at room temperature than the hard white blocks of "regular" tallow you might be used to. That’s how you know it’s the real thing.
