-We select the BEST animals at auction.   

-We age the beef until it's perfect. Most japanese Beef is served at 10-14 days after harvest.  On a big animal this isn't enough time to develop flavor!

-We guarantee quality + have our chef Erik to assist you in selection + cooking.

Block-cut pieces are perfect for Asian BBQ that you can easily slice or already come pre-sliced.. These cuts come from the chuck roll, shoulder clod, short rib, and others, offering fantastic taste, varied texture, and great value. Choose from 3 pounds, 8 pounds, or 20 pounds.
