Our block-cut pieces are perfect for Asian BBQ—easy to slice or available pre-sliced. These cuts, sourced from the chuck roll, shoulder clod, short rib, and more, offer fantastic taste, diverse textures, and great value. Choose from 3, 8, or 20-pound packages.
Every package includes our exclusive XXHEAT dipping spice and Chef Erik’s signature Yakiniku sauce, complimentary.
Note: Some cuts may arrive in cube/block form and may require further slicing. Our chef is available to guide you if needed. Packages may contain a mix of mid-marbling rump cuts and high-marbling chuck cuts, all sourced from one of our premium farms.
