Option 1: Wagyu Bacon - light seasoning Bacon Wrapped A5 Female Wagyu Filet Mignon

Option 2: Our Home-grown Mangalitsa Bacon that we feed almonds, cured with honey, spices, and smoked over hickory and oak wrapped A5 Female Wagyu Filet Mignon.

Both are absolutely epic and will put any meal over the top.

These are absolutely incredible.

Our cooking suggestions are to get a sear on the outside of the bacon first. Render that fat, then cook the body of the steak in that fat.  Medium to medium high heat.  DO NOT cook on super high heat you will burn your fat and cause it to turn black and bitter.
